There was a lice screening at our children’s private school and apparently even though their hair was washed my kids had lice, which was kinda embrassing. When I got called to pick them up and saw this tiny brown critter on the card they handed out I went straight to the nearest lice clinic which happened to be the one in Port Washington and even we were seen the same day. Crisis averted thanks to Stacy who was the lady who helped us.

I usually don’t leave reviews, who has the time ?? – unless I reallllly feel strongly about a place and Lice Troopers lice removal at the Port Washington location is a godsend. From the second we interacted Rebecca and Tonya (the are the best), I was informed about what was going to happen each step and they even showed me what they found in my daughter’s hair as proof. We thought it might’ve been dandruff because she kept itching. Anyway, grateful to the whole team. 🙏

The kids have asked me when we are going back to the "nice lady". LOL!l Elsa was a pro at handling them and kept them occupied throughout the lice treatment session.

OMG you are the best! I was expecting this to be a lot worse, I had thought I would need to take the kids and myself to some clinic and spend who knows how long in the process but much to my surprise I did not have to go anywhere, Lucy the technician that came to the house was amazing, she had all our heads free of lice in no time and did I mention she came to the house and I did not have to take the kids anywhere? Absolutely fabulous results, five stars for sure.

Naturally people—even doctors—may assume that an all-natural treatment could never work, and that the stronger the chemical, the better. In reality, the bugs are often resistant to even harsh chemicals and pesticide treatments, and in the end, these treatments only make them more resistant.
