LICE TROOPERS GUARANTEE POLICY
Lice Troopers is committed to getting you and your family lice free, and helping you stay that way! Our Lice Free Guarantee means that you and your family will be 100% lice-free. All members of the household must be screened (by comb-out) and declared lice-free by a Lice Troopers technician during the initial treatment visit. Any household members found to have lice at that time must be treated by a Lice Troopers technician. Clients treated for head lice must come in for a required comb-out retreatment (Cost $60) within 5-14 days of original treatment. Guarantee is valid only after the $60 re-treatment has been performed. Evidence of lice MUST be presented to the lice technician at our center in order to be covered under the guarantee. If a re-treatment is requested and no lice are found, the customer will incur a comb-out screening fee of $50 and/or minimum house call fee of $95. Re-infestation by a 3rd party will not qualify for a free re-treatment. But following treatment, we educate you on how to prevent lice so that you can avoid future infestations. Guarantee is void if any of the above conditions are not met.
Changes to Guarantee Policy: Lice Troopers reserves the right to change this policy at any time. We encourage you to read this Policy periodically. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our website and this guarantee, membership policy to check for any changes.
