At Lice Troopers we value customer satisfaction and we stand behind all of our products and offer our customers a 100% quality guarantee.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Lice Troopers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Most refunds are fully refunded in 7 to 10 days after we receive and process your return. For replacements, we can only replace the exact item you ordered, and you are responsible to return the damaged item within 30 days. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us. Please explain the reason for your return and include your:

  • Order I.D. Number
  • Date of purchase
  • Name and Address where the product was shipped

Upon receipt of your return request we will promptly email you directions on how you may return the product and any other steps necessary to satisfy your return request. Please note that all returned products must be unopened, with original shrink wrap and safety seal intact on the product in order to be eligible for a refund.

Please note that the return-shipping costs to Lice Troopers are your responsibility. Upon acceptance of the return by Lice Troopers, the choice of reimbursement, product replacement or credit will be issued at your discretion.

Returns, replacements and reimbursements cannot be issued unless all information requested is provided and will not be issued if the product is not returned along with your proof-of-purchase.

If you have purchased your product at a retailer other than Lice Troopers directly you must contact that specific retailer directly for their return policy, as we are unable to accept returns from third party retailers.

If your order arrives damaged: Please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear and tear but on the rare occasion a package can get carrier-damaged. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us. Please provide:

  • Order I.D. Number
  • Date of purchase
  • The name and address where the product was shipped.

To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier and take photos whenever possible, which will help bring quicker resolution to your issue.

Lice Troopers appreciates your prompt attention when dealing with a carrier-damaged shipment and will help you resolve the matter, however we reserve the right to deny claims for damage occurred in transit that were not the responsibility of Lice Troopers.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are not permitted on any international orders.
